"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Ogunkua,Onbehalf The Federal Minister Of Finance Of Nigeria.I and the Federal Government Of Nigeria,along side the Governor Of Central Bank Of Nigeria have reached an agreement to compensate some victims whom had been scammed or fallen victim of fraud.We hereby bear with you for the inconveniences our fellow Nigerians have caused you and ask for your forgiveness.

The Federal Government Of Nigeria came across this idea because he was bittered about the bad names and image our fellow Nigerians have caused our Great Nation.Due to this,the Federal Government has given me the go-ahead to budget the sum of $500 Million Dollars{recovered/made from the country's oil sector}while the Central Bank Of Nigeria makes out the payment which will be used for the compensation.

So I hereby urge you with the authority bestowed on me to respond immediately as soon as this mail gets across to you so that you will be attended to.
