"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CONSIDERATION PLEASE.

From Miss Abigail Christopher,
Rue 44 Avemaria Tokoin
Lome -Togo.

Dear Friend,

With regard to your reputation and co-worshipper of God who will not disappoint me nor deny me in faith, I am directing this letter of assistance to you. I am Miss Abigail Christopher the first and only daughter of late Mr Kazim Christopher from Republic of Zimbabwe in desire to get somebody who will safeguard the interest our interest and this money. I got your contact from the internet and prayed over it before this mail to you please. Briefly, my father Mr Kazim Christopher was a Gold and Cocoa merchant based in Lome, TOGO and had a branch office in Accra Ghana. My father was a wealthy Gold/Cocoa merchant who has business in many countries in Europe, America and Asian countries. According to my father, my own mother died when I was about six years of age which means that I did not evenknow my mother very well.

My case is that my father( Mr Kazim Christopher) was poisoned to death by his business associates about seven months ago, and he died in a private hospital here in Lome. But when he was about to die, he called me beside his sick bed and told me that he deposited the sum of Seven Million, five hundred thousand United State Dollars (US$7.5M) here in Lome, docs of which are with me here. This money was kept for me his only daughter and my junior brother, Louis, my only brother. I was in first year studying business management in one of the colleges in Ghana with my junior brother too when the sudden death of our father occured. Our only problem now is that since our father has been poisoned to death by his business associates, I don’t even trust any other person here again including my father’s only brother who also is rumoured to have aided in one way or the other to the death of our father.

Now,Please I need you to help us in the following ways:

1. To provide a personal / company ’s bank account where this amount here (US$7.5M) can be transferred.

2. You are going to be the manager of this fund and also our personal guardian until we finish our studies.

3. You are going to secure admission for us to continue our studies in one of the known universities in your country.

4. That you must prepare immediately to make a working visit to Lome here to effect the release and transfer of this fund and for us to see each other and we will go back with you to your country.

5. You are going to receive 20% of the total sum for your assistance. We will appreciate your consideration of our condition here and help us please . And I am willing to proceed with you as soon as I receive your response. I must inform you that we are staying in a house of a church sister who saw our condition and decided to house us for a while.

PLEASE THIS IS HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL BECAUSE OUR LATE FATHER’S BUSINESS ASSOCIATES AND EVEN HIS BROTHER KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS DEPOSIT. Thanking you for your understanding, consideration and immediate response.

Yours,

Miss Miss Abigail / Louis Christopher.
