Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

OF SCOTLAND to your account in your country or elsewhere.

Prior to my enquries from the high court and nortary republic about
the cost of legalization of the power of attorney before it becomes
valid.

From my enquiries, it will cost the sum of 780 US dollars for
authen tic ation of th e p o w e r of attorney at the high court
before it becomes valid and 200 US dollars for notary stamping at the
notary republic My legal processing fee of 100 US dollars total (1080
