"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Gold Company here in Accra- Ghana. Tuesday, 30 November 2004 , my client,
his wife and their Two children were involved in a car accident Along Mfensi

here in Accra-Ghana with a credit balance of Fourty million ,six hundred
thousand dollars ($40.600,000),which has been dormant for a very long time
and you know that i can not claim this money that is why i need a foreigner
to be as a Next Of kin of this Money. All efforts to contact the named
beneficiary to late Mr. Edward. E Smith,with the supplied information proved
futile.My good friend , i am contacting you because i want you to claim this
money with me, assist in repatriating the money left behind by my client
before it is confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this
huge deposit were lodged.
