"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I feel quite safe dealing with you in this proposition having gone through your remarkable profile through your country trade union. However, this correspondence is unofficial and private, and it should be treated as such. It is with trust and believes that I write to you. Thabo Ngubani a solicitor at law. I am the personal attorney to one Dr. Frederic Pierre Issa citizen of Lebanon, who used to work with Chevron Texaco Company in Saudi Arabia from 1995 to 1999, also later work as a personal physician to the former head of state of Iraq {SADDAM HUSSIEN}.

Before the captive of Saddam Hussein on the 21st of April 2003, my client, Dr. Frederic Pierre Issa with his entire family were killed in bomb raid led by U.S Coalition Force in Basra Iraq. Before the sudden death of my client {Late Dr. Frederic Pierre} he was on what became his last trip to Johannesburg sent by his mentor Saddam Hussein, he deposited as family belongings in a seal box containing the sum of Twenty Five Million United States Dollars (US$25,000,000.00) with a private security/Finance firm Bambanani Safe Corporation here in Johannesburg for himself, with the hope of relocate and establishing a business in South Africa in two months time with his entire family due to the current war going on then in Iraq.

Since his death I have made several enquiries to their embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts. I am seeking for anyone who will assist in repatriating the deposit and property left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Security Firm. Presently, the Bambanani Safe Corporation has issued me as the deceased attorney a notice to provide the next of kin with the next two months.

Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over Three (3) years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased so that the proceeds of this deposit can be claim by through you. I have worked out the sharing to 50% to myself and 45% to you and the other 5% will be for expenses each of us mighty encounter. My firm, as the legal representative to late Dr. Frederic Pierre will provide all the legal documents that will be used to back up any claim we may make. Secondly, your nationality has no impact on the claiming.
