Since his death I have made several enquiries to their embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives this has also proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts. I am seeking for anyone who will assist in repatriating the deposit and property left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Security Firm. Presently, the Bambanani Safe Corporation has issued me as the deceased attorney a notice to provide the next of kin with the next two months.
Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over Three (3) years now I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the deceased so that the proceeds of this deposit can be claim by through you. I have worked out the sharing to 50% to myself and 45% to you and the other 5% will be for expenses each of us mighty encounter.
