"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear ,
With due respect and humility I write you this proposal which I believe would be of great interest to you especially if you are conversant with events in SIERRA LEONNE. (westAfrica)

I am George Kamba, the first son of DR Alexander Kamba, former Finance Director Sierra Leonne gold and diamond co-operation.Prior to the civil crisis in my country, that led to the life imprisonment of my dear father that leads to his death.

During my father's tenure as the director of finance of diamond mining corporation, there is this sum of $9.Million USD arising from over invoiced contract payment for the contractors that supplied ammunition to our country Sierra Leone.

My father succeeded in diverting this money to a security Firm in Abidjan where he deposited the money as belonging to his foreign partner. Before he had the chance of taking the two boxes containing the money from the security firm, he was arrested and jailed for life in our country, that lead to his death. Before then,he directed me to where to collect some documents concerning the deposit of $9 Million musd in security firm here in Abidjan,Cote d'Ivoire Republic , which he (my father) told them that belonged to his foreign partners.presently;I and my little sister linda are now in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire, where we are granted political stay as a refugee, I have confirm the deposit of the boxes with the security firm, thereby I am contacting you to assist me and act as my fathers foreign partner and help me claim out this money with the security firm,as my late father's foreign partner.

WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO FOR US
I cannot control this money since i am a boy of 20years and my younger sister is 17 years. Meanwhile, the deposit has been confirmed.I want to leave Côte d'Ivoire entirely with this money for investment in your country because of the instable political situation and mostly for the future of my education and my sister as we do not want to go back to our country because of security reasons. We are asking for your help to bring this money to your country for investment due to my inability to do this solely on my own.

l will be willing to offer you 25% of the total money or enter into negotiation with you as regards your commission for assisting me. Do not hesitate to write or call me on this number 00 225 06 06 00 39 on the above e mail adress immediately you receive this message to enable us proceed in Ernest towards concluding this transaction. Please ensure that no one know about this money as it is only my family and yourself know about this money. May God bless you as you assist me.

Yours sincerely,
George and Linda Kamba
