"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE PLEASE

ATTN:TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Sir/Madam,

I am Ndife Maryjane, from Abijan.I am the only daughter of Mr John Ndife, who worked with Ivory Coast legislature for Twenty-Six years before he died in the year 2004, in a car accident with my mother on their way to a friends party.

I have an only brother who is just 14 years, and still in his lower colledge all left to my care. When my dad was alive he deposited some diamonds that worths over(US$11,000,000)(Eleven Million, United States Dollars) in a General Trust Security Company in Abidjan Cote d'Ivoire.

Recently,my dad business partner advised that i sell off the diamond to start a life since the government did not want to pay me my dad's gratuity. He promised to take me to dubai where he knows of a prospective buyer. but on getting to dubai with the help of the security company(that brought it to dubai). My dad's partner with some men invaded my hotel room and duped me of all i have with me but where unfortunate to lay hands on the diamond since it is still with the seurity company.

My reason for contacting you is for you to help me clear the consignment and i promise you that you will recieve 30% of the proceed made from the sales of the diamond while the remaining i will invest in your country with your help.

Most importantly i will want a trusthworthy person who is not going to try to dupe me as my dad's friend and business partner did.

On getting your reply i will mail to you the contact address of the company so you can contact them while all the ducument in re gards to the deposit of the diamond will be fowarded to you.

Remain blessed .

Yours in Christ,

Ndife Maryjane
