"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: *Asylum camp*

Hello,
I wish to begin by way of introduction,i am Eboh Rihi, the first son of
late Ata Rihi, one of the formost black farmers in Zimbabwe recently
murdered in the land dispute in my country.
Before the death of my father he had take me to Johnnesburg in South
Africa to deposit the sum US$16m(sixteen million United States
Dollars) in one of the private Security companies
as family valuables, when he realised the looming danger in Zinbabwe.
This amount was meant for the purchase of new machineries and chemicals
for the farms and also for the esterblishment of new farms in Swaziland. This

land dispute started when President Robert Mugabe introduce a new land
reform which was particularly targeted at the rich white farmers and a few
black farmers with my father included.
This resulted in the gruesome killing of rich farmers(mainly whites and
very few blacks) and the unlawfull possesion of their property by president
Mugabe's war veterans, under the disguise of fighting for the interest of the
country. It is against this background i fled the country with my family to
Germany where we are currently seeking for political asylum
(Refugee).I have decided to seek for foreign assistance as
the laws prohibits asylum seekers from operating bank account or
involve in financial transaction of any kind, hense this letter to you.
What we need is a trustworthyperson whose custody we shall
entrust the above said amount and help us with investment
opportunities.
There are two options, fistly you can choose to have a percentage of the
total said amount for your assistance or go into partnership with us
in your country, but in anycase we will still need your further
assistance in helping us to secure our residential permit in your
country.
We shall discuss in detail after your reply and i shall furnish you
with more details
on request.You can reply to:rihifamily@spinfinder.com
Yours Sincerely,
Eboh Rihi.
