"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hi my dear ,

I greet you and which i believe you will beof great assistants to me that will make the beginning of never-endingfamily relationship. I hope that this proposal will not be aninconvenience or embarrassment to you.I must not hesitate to confide inyou this simple and sincere business. My name is ABIBA QUATTARA, I am 20years of age, the only daughter of late Mr and Mrs QUATTARA Ali, fromMann District of Baueki Province in Republic of Cote d'Ivoire. My fatherbefore his death was a prosperous Cocoa and Gold merchant in San-pedro,Republic of Cote d'Ivoire before his untimely death, after his businesstrip to Italy Europe, to negotiate on a Cocoa and Gold business hewanted to invest in Italy -

.

My mother died when I was little ,andsince then my father took me so special. Before his death on 16th March2003 he told me that he has the sum of Six million, four hundred thousandUnited State Dollars.(USD$6.400.000) deposited in a security company inAbidjan Cote d'Ivoire, that he wanted to use this fund to invest hiscocoa business in Italy. After the burial of my late father i came downto Abidjan and went to the security company where the box which containthe fund ($6,400,000) was deposited with all the documents regarding tothe deposit of the fund that was given to me by my late father when hewas alive. But because of the unstable political problems here Iinstructed the security company to transfer the consignment (box) outCote d'ivoire due to the political crisis but the director said that Ishould look for a foreign partner so that they will change my latefather's name to the foreign partner name so they will deliver theconsignment (box) to the house of my foreign partner!
, as soon as youconfirm your interest , i will submit your name and your contact as myforeign partner so the company will open up a communication with you onhow to transfer the box to you but you should not allow the securitycompany to notice that it was money inside the box for security reasons,my late registered the contents of the box as family valuables. I amjust 20 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't knowwhat to do.Now I want you to help me claim this box and secured the fundfor good investment in your country because I have suffered a lot of setbacks as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast.Thedeath of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. I am in a sinceredesire of your humble assistance in this regards.Your suggestions andideas will be highly regarded.

Please,Consider thisand get back to me as soon as posible.

Thank you so much and God blessyou.

My sincere regards,

Miss ABIBA QUATTARA
