"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I know my proposal will come as a surprise to you since you do not precisely know me, I got your contact email from a reliable source and I want to believe that you can be trusted with our family fortune.


Anyway, my mind accepted you and I believe that this proposal will bring mutual benefit for both of us. Let me use this medium to introduce myself to you. I am MRS. JEWEL TAYLOR, wife of CHARLES G. TAYLOR, the former President of LIBERIA, in West Africa. At present, my husband is now being arrested and waiting trial at the WAR CRIME COURT in Sierra Leone, due to the fact that the newly elected Democratic Government in Liberia with the collaboration of the OAU and the UN have succeeded in their bid to have my husband extradited and face war crimes charges over his role in the civil war, the outcome that can be very unpredictable.

The money was deposited with a security company under disguise as precious items and nobody, has any slight knowledge of what is inside the box. In other words, there is no risk involved and so do not hesitate to ask questions where necessary. All the documents covering the deposition of the money with the security company are intact with me and we are going to release them to you as soon as we come to agreement.
