"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

It is a sincere gratitude to acquaint you with this proposal for the purpose of investment in your country. I know this letter may come to you as a surprise since we have not met before. My name is JONES AMAGA. the only Son of late ENGR.
AMAGA .KAMAR .My late father was the MINISTER OF HOUSING in REP.OF Cote D' Ivoire and my late father was killed by rebbels in à Bouake.


After The death of my late father I go through his files and i notfile that my late father made a deposit of $18.5million (Eighteen Million five hundred United States Dollars). The money was deposited in the bank in Abidjan capital city of Cote D' Ivoire, And i saw where he keeps the whole document / agreement and payment recipt reached with the bank.


I will like if you can make a short trip to come down here in Abidjan so that we can see face to face and go together to the bank for claiming of the money as my late father's business partner and as the beneficiary of the money .However I will like to hear from you as soon as possible so that we can make an arrangement of change of ownership in your name to enable you to claim the money and lodge it to your own account which you will provide in this transaction as my late father's foreign business partner in Abroad.


Moreover as soon as you withdrawl the money I will like you to transfer the money into your account in your country immediately for proper investment of the money. I and my jenior sister agree that as soon as the money is transfered into your account , your compensation is 15% of the total sum while 5% will be mapped out for any expenses that may incure during the transaction.


If you are willing to assist us in respect of this transaction, kindly contact me on my e_mail address stated above, I will furnish you with more information as soon you reply this letter to me. And I am waiting to receive your urgent mail to enable me to give you the contact of the bank where this money was deposited to enable you to contact them.
