Dear Trainee
With reference to your recruitment training registration, your employer US
Fund For UNAIDS has made payment of $5,899 USD which covers recruitment
training fees for a period of thirty days. Also, the following travel
documents have been received from US Fund For UNAIDS for each trainee
according to individual requirement.
1) Invitation letter
2) Flight ticket issued by British Airways/Delta Airlines
3) Letter of support for visa application (non us residence only)
4) Trainee’ Polaroid ID Card (trainee to affix colored passport)
However, in view of your training program at Kett Consulting, we have
enclosed (attached) the following documents as required towards your
participation. This is based on an existing training and reservation
agreement with your employer which empowers Kett Consulting to handle
reservation and other logistic requirements on behalf of the trainees.
1) Training Registration Form KC-209i
2) Training Course Overview
3) Hotel Reservation Form
Furthermore, in line with our training calendar, recruitment trainees arrive
Williams B. Hartsfield Atlanta International airport on the 12th June, 2006
and proceed to Marriott the official and accredited hotel of the US For
UNAIDS trainees. The Marriott airport shuttle (pick up service) would be
available to convey all trainees to the hotel. We have enclosed Kett
Consulting travel direction manual in your travel/training documents to be
dispatched to you.
To cushion training expenses on the part of each trainee, Marriott
management has granted hotel reservation concession to each trainee from
U.S. Fund For UNAIDS for a flat rate of $64.50 USD per nightly for a total
of $1,935 USD (30 days period). You are required to fill the training and
reservation forms and return along with accompanying payment of $1,935 USD
only. Marriott reservation confirmation would be issued upon the receipt of
payment which in part guarantees your eligibility and availability for the
recruitment training program and also pre-requisite to your visa application
process.
For payment method, please make formal payment to Luke Lin Co Ltd, our
parent company and overseas account coordinates via bank wire transfer only.
A photocopy of your bank telegraphic transfer slip along with your filled
forms should be emailed to the finance and administration department, Kett

completed Marriott reservation form and copy of bank telegraphic transfer

We advice all trainees to conclude all training arrangement by 17th April
2006. This will help us collate and meet all immigration matters in favor of
US Fund For UNAIDS for trainees who require entry visa to the United States.
Kett Consulting training commences on the 16th June, 2006 at 10:00 am. To
check the rising rate of training abuse following a security warning, we are
enforcing strict measures that would discourage trainees from using training
programs as a means of migration to the United States illegally.
