"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Sir,
Good day.
How is your bussiness together with the health of your family,I know
that all is in good condition,well if so thanks be to allmighty God.
I know that you will not recognise whom i am ,I am Alexander Ibesi.The
only son of the Liberian minister for Gold and mineral mining
industry.Mr Gowin Ibesi.
I am from liberia but i am staying in a refugee camp here in senegal
and also i am a victim of war as result of the political crisis last two
years that claimed the lives of my parents and left me and my two
junior sisters orhpans,but before the sad inccident my daddy left a big
amount of money in a Bank here in senegal in my care.
Daddy i am looking for a trustful God fearing married man who will help
me transfer the huge amount of money my father kept in this bank,i have
contacted the bank and they told me that the money must be transfered
to to a foriegn account or that i must be atlaest 35_40 yaers old befor
the money can be transfered to my account or that i should look for a
friend of my fathers who can help me keep the money in his account or
use it for a reasonable investment in other to enable me face the things
of life, as it is an agreement reached by the bank and my father.
So as i was searching through the internet i came across your profile
and i was deeply moved in spirit to write you and ask you if you will
willingly help me and my two junior sisters transfer the money into your
account.
Because i have drop out from my Chemistry studies in the university due
to lack of financial backup.
As a father who knows what it takes to bring up a family i know that
you will not betray me when the money comes into your possesion,please
sir if you will help me please do it in the name of God if not because of
me.
Please do something quick because we are surfering so much here in the
camp here in senegal.could you imagine that there are no good water to
drink no good food to eat no good room and bed to sleep on,infact as i
was writing you now i am sick with maleria.
Please sir if you will help me and my sisters reply by consoling me and
my sisters with a possetive answer,so that i will give you the
neccesary information and documents concerning the money and the transfer,
and i will apply for visa to enable me and my sisters to come over to
your country to finish our school and invest the money.
