"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: urgently

Dear Heilewis Campbell

Greetings in the MIGHTY name of GOD and thank you very much for your quick
mail.

what i was trying to explain to you is that considering the urgency needed
to transfer this money out to avoid it accumulating much demurrage at the
security company,if you cannot be able to come down here this week of before
next weekend to open the non-resident account and sign the transfer
papers, then maybe you can send your lawyer,

But if you prefer,i can go meet our church pastor so that he can help us get
a good lawyer here in johannesburg that can help to do the needful on your
behalf. This is the only althernative through which we can transfer the fund
quickly.

Meanwhile, the question,is that getting a lawyer here will cost some little
amount of money,so will you be able to provide the money for the lawyer
payment on your behalf?

Please consider on this options and tell me your decission as soon as
possible.

Regard,
Rose Moyo.
