"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: ALLAH BLESS YOU AND TRY TO GET BACK TO ME SOON OK

FROM:MRS.ABBAS MONA.
JOHANNESBURG,
SOUTH AFRICA.
E-MAIL: monabbasss@yahoo.com
Dear Sir,

Do not be surprised to receive this letter from me
since you do not know me in person.
For the purpose of introduction, I am Mrs. ABBAS MONA,
from Zimbabwe the wife of Mr. AHMED ABBAS who
was murdered in the land dispute in Zimbabwe by the
agents of the ruling government of
President ROBERT MUGABE for his alleged support and
sympathy for the opposition MDC PARTY led by the
minority white farmers.
My husband was among the few black Zimbabwean rich
farmers murdered in Cold blood by the war veterans
backed by the government.
Before the death of my husband, he went South Africa
to deposit the sum of US$24.7M (Twenty four Million
seven hundred thousand United State Dollars) with one
of the security company in South Africa, as if he knew
the looming danger in ZIMBABWE.
The money was deposited as a gem and precious stone to
avoid much demurrage from the security firm.
The money was earmarked for the purchase of new
machinery and chemicals for the farms and the
establishment of new farms in Lesotho and Swaziland.
This Land problem arose when President Robert Mugabe
introduced a new land act, which wholly affects the
white rich farmers and some few blacks vehemently
condemned the "Modus operandi" adopted by the
government.

This resulted to rampart killing and Mob actions.
My Son and I are staying in South Africa as an Asylum
seeker;
Now because of the condition of my health I have
decided to transfer this money to a foreign country
where we can invest it.
I am faced with the dilemma of investing this amount
of money in South Africa for fear of encountering the
same experience in future since both countries have
the same political policy/law does not allow
investment hence I am seeking for an asylum or
refugees.
And now as am righting this mail, I was crippled by
stroke which left half part of my body paralyzed and
also I had undergone extensive eye surgery which has
resulted into poor vision.
Now I am confined to an automated wheel chair in the
teaching hospital and my laptop is the only means I
have in communicating with the outside world. I
presume that you are the right person to meet
regarding such issue as I do not know whether to go
another party , please send me a mail if you are
willing to assist me on this, and also include your
phone number and fax number to enable my self call you
whit the assistance of my only beloved son,

I must let you know that this transaction is 100% risk
free and the nature of your business does not
necessary matter.
Therefore, if you are willing to assist us, I and my
Son have agreed to give you 25% of the total money,
70% will be for I and my son 5% will be mapped out for
all expenses, we might incur during the transaction.

Therefore if you are willing and interested to render
the needed
Assistance, endeavor to reply through my mail .I also
need your private telephone and fax numbers for easy

on how secret it is kept.
