"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Thanks for your response to my business proposal, and your willingness to assist me act as the next of kin to the deceased's fund for our mutual benefits is highly appreciated.
 
First and foremost, this business claim is a bank deal between myself and you, i am contacting you to help me stand as the beneficiary next of kin to the fund because the deceased Late Mr Gerald Smith did not write any WILL before his death and besides non of his relatives were aware of the deposits he made with Union Bank.
 
 
I am trusting you to assist me with this claim based on the fact that i want you to benefit from the transaction, and my position as the Manager Bills & Exchange would guarantee the successful completion of this claim in your as i have all the details information of Late Mr Gerald Smith in my computer to position you as the next of kin, all i need is your cooperation and assistance to process the claim in your favour to enable the bank approve the claim and transfer the fund US$18.5 Million Dollars in to your nominated bank account for your sharing.

Furthermore, i want you to remain confident and be rest assured that every modalities has been perfected by me for a smooth successful transfer of this fund to you, the claim will take not more than 14 working days to be completed. we shall need the service of a lawyer to do the drafting of the Will in your FAVOUR, and also to represent you with all the legal processing of the claim in your favour, the lawyer will need to get all the documents in your name to stand you as the next of kin to the fund, all i need from you is to follow my instructions and directive to enable us succeed. This is 100% legal and risk free.
 
Therefore, i shall need your full name, complete address, date of birth, occupation, marital status, phone/fax numbers if any, and your banking details information, These details will enable me register you with Union Bank Management for the claim and  also enable the lawyer to start with the processing of the claim in your favour.
 
As soon as i get these information, i shall then proceed to look for a good lawyer who as i told you shall be representing you with the legal processing of the claim.
 
I have searched my files and have also gotten the certificate of deposit that was issue to him by our bank which I will attach as soon as i hear from you.
 
I will be waiting to hear from you as soon as you receive this mail.
