"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Edem Kodjo the prime minister of Togo and a former accountant at the
Chevron petroleum company Limited Three years ago,there was this contract
executed by Omarion oils limited a company i registered.The contract was
duely executed.This Contract is in a value of One hundred and Twenty million
dollars ($120 million USD )and the money was channelled for transfer in the
company's account in Zurich.

The then president Gnassingbe Eyadema died and the money got stocked.
Finnaly,one of my colleauges is now heading the contract payment department
and this money is now to be paid.The problem now is that this sum can no
longer go to the company's account since all the domicilary accounts has
been ordered closed by the present government.

If you can help by providing an account to transfer this sum, i will be
generous enough to part with you 10% of the total sum.To refresh your
memory,10% of the total sum is $12 million USD.Contact me immediately for
futher notice if you are willing to help
