"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

On 3rd November 2001, the Chamber of Representatives passed a Law on the foundation of the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (Belgische Investeringsmaatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden – BIO) (Belgian Law Gazette of 17 November 2001). This law authorizes the Belgian State and the Belgische Maatschappij voor Internationale Investering N.V. (BMI-SBI: Belgian Corporation for International Investment) to set up BIO together. The foundation itself was created by notarial act on 8 December 2001.

BIO is a public limited company whose objective is to invest in the growth of companies established in developing countries. The activities undertaken by the company must lead to sustainable productive employment, while respecting fundamental social rights. The company may acquire holdings in development and investment funds aimed at developing countries. It may, according to market conditions, acquire equity holdings in enterprises and grant loans.


We are searching for a payment officer who can help us establish a medium of getting to our partner firms and investors in Europe and America as well as making payments through you as our payment officer.

About 90 percent of our partner firms prefer to make pay through Certified Cheques and Money orders or

through Bank wire Transfer, though you have the right to choose the mode of paymnent that you want our

partners to use in makeing payment to you.

we cannot cash these payments from the US and Europe soon enough as international Cheques takes about 14 working days for cash to be made available.

We lose about 75,000 USD and 80,000 euros of net income each month because

we have money transfer delays.



We have decided to open this new job position for solving this problem.

Your tasks are;

1. Receive payment from Customers

2. Cash Payments at your Bank

3. Deduct 10% which will be your percentage/pay on

Payment processed

4. Forward balance after deduction of percentage/pay to any of the offices

you will be contacted to send payment to. (Payment is to forward either by

Money Gram, western Union Money Transfer or into an account.

We understand it is an unusual and incredible job position. This job takes

only 3-7 hours per week. You'll have a lot of free time doing another job;

you'll get good income and regular job.

But this job is very challenging and you should understand it. We are

looking only for the worker who satisfies our requirements and will be an

earnest assistant.
