"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is to bring to your kind notice that upon the finalization of the two (2) weeks meeting held in Geneva Switzerland in regard’s to the release of the prizes owed to winners of the European Lotto games, since the beginning of the lotto electronic games till this current time frame, your name, email I.D and coupon number has been included amongst the list of owed prize winners who would finally receive their lotto prizes from us the European Lotto Owed Winners Committee, during this first quarter prize release season scheduled for three (3) weeks only, from the time of your receipt of this electronic message.

In the light of the above related, you are hereby advised to immediately re-confirm to this prize release committee with your following details outlined below;

1. YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME
2. YOUR COMPLETE RESIDING/MAILING ADDRESS
3. A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICIENCE OR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT FOR PROVE OF IDENTIFICATION.

5. YOUR PRIZE VALUE AMOUNT

Upon the receipt of the correct outlined details stated above from your person, we would commence immediately with the processing of the release of your owed lotto prize to you, and eventually have your owed lotto prize released to you in less than five(5) working days.

Finally, we would like to bring to your immediate attention that we have been receiving several complaints from various owed lotto prize winners who have been defrauded from their hard earned funds by fraudulent persons claiming to be lotto organizations authorized to released owed lotto prizes to their beneficiaries. If you are currently corresponding with such criminals unknowingly, or ever contacted by them, you are hereby strictly advised to desist immediately and completely from such fraudsters and permanently cancel every correspondence you are having with such fraudster’s, or risk loosing your hard earned funds to their fraudulent organizations unknowingly.
