"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: 837-AFIFE deficiency/New Proposal

8th June 2006.

Dear Mr Henfling,

As a prelude to our discussions in May 2006 during Executives
Co-ordinator’s short visit to The Netherlands we hereby fulfil our
part of the written negotiation dated 15th May 2006, to restore credibility
of our organisation (Rural family life) and to maintain a good relationship
with Zero Kap and our guarantors.

We have instructed our bankers to transfer an amount of three million and
one hundred thousand cedis (¢3,100,000) representing about a two hundred and
seventy (E270) Euros as our commitment to this Agreement.

Regular breakdowns of Farm Track 70 with registration number Gw 644v have
resulted in under utilisation and consequently many default in repayment of
Loan Agreement 837(request 325).

In our determination to fulfil our obligation and commitment to the
Agreement so as to maintain our reputation and more important for us, that
our guarantors should not beheld liable, we would plead to come up with the
following terms still considering that the Tractor is of low quality.

Looking at the performance rate of the tractor we hope to make at least
three million cedis (3,000,000 Approximately. 281.25 Euros) monthly,
deducting all cost if there are no breakdowns.

Monthly Repayment …………… 281.25 Euros

Quarterly Repayment……………. 843.75 Euros

Yearly Repayment …………….. 3,375 Euros

Therefore twenty (20) quarterly payments of 843.75 Euros

Not with standing, the repayment could be increased upwards to the original
amount of E1, 125.00 if the breakdowns do not persist and the frequent
repairs are reduced.

We do hereby undertake to put in all maximum efforts to see to a successful
payback of the loan Agreement 837.

We therefore propose the following payment schedule for your consideration.

1st Instalment: July 2006 E843.75

2nd Instalment: Oct. 2006 E 843.75

3rd Instalment: Jan. 2007 E 843.75

4th Instalment: April 2007 E843.75
5th Instalment: July 2007 E 843.75

6th Instalment: “ “ “

7th “ : “ “ “

8th “ : “ “ “

We hope the above would be given consideration by the board of Zero Kap.

Thanks for your co-operation.

Your Faithfully,

Kwame Antwi
(Executive co-ordinator)
