"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello VICTIM-FULLNAME,

We need urgently a bookmaker/representative over in the state who is faithful and trust worthy and have to provide us with full name adress as well as scan a present ID and fill an employment/application form before such individual can be considered to work for the company.

I will be needing your Residential Address cause the Money Orders, cashiers check or online cheque would be delivered to you via Courier Service and
Courier Service does not deliver to P.O. BOX.

Your Salary will be a 10% commission that would be deducted by you after you have cashed the Money from the Bank.
I mean for every payment sent to you, you are entitled to 10% commission as your Salary.

You will be receiving a total amount of $4,900 as the first payment to you from my client so you get $490 as your 10% salary. This will be a continues work from time to time. All western union charges are to be deducted from my 90% of my remaining money.

The payment will be geting to twice a week and could increase but it all depends on how efficient you are in processing the payment in the bank.

This is a part time online job that will last a long while as you remain faithful and honest and also you can get started by next week but first we have to receive an application filled from you.

Get back to me as you have a good day.

God Bless.
Be Faithful,

Jason Letterlough
