"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

VICTIMNAME,

Firstly, I wish to thank you in anticipation of your understanding and compliance as per the proposition I sent you. I am of the hope and confidence that my trust in you will not be betrayed even when the money hits your account.

VICTIMNAME, this is no scam. I do not dispute the fact that there are many internet scams from this part of the world and even yours, but I assure you my intention is none of such. All I need from you is your followership and act according to instructions so that we do not encounter any hitch in the process of this transafer. In as much as you have your own apprehensions about this deal, I have mine too. I have the fears that you might not be able to live up to expectations or even do what is needed to carry out this deal. You know the amount involved and the modalities of international transfers, can you handle this from your end? I would not want a situation where we start this transfer and you opt out prematuredly, this will greatly reduce my confidence in doing this even with another person.

Please call me immediately at 234 1 7218566 for an elaborate discussion on this deal or give me your direct number so that I may call you. More so, I will like to know what you do for a living, your marital status and age. I sincerely pray that you keep this matter absolutely secret and confidential as not to complicate matters. Please do not involve any third parties.

Call or reply immediately.

Raymond Eze
