"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

RE: DELAYED PAYMENT.
A teem of Auditors discovered an outstanding payment due to you by one of the banks/DIPLOMATIC COURIER COMPANY here and has reported it to this Committee. The National Economic Intelligence Committee, NEIC, called for reasons for this delay and was informed that there are counter claims on this same money. Presently there are two different interest groups known to be lobbying for the payment of this money and we do not know which is truly representing you.

You therefore would be required to confirm to this Committee which one of these group, if any, is representing you MICHEAL KAMALA and CO. Obviously it is embarrassing and out of place to apply for the payment of your money in this manner. You certainly will not get paid by so doing.

Be informed that there is a dangerous clique formed by some government officials, dismissed civil servants and their syndicates all over the world, to exploit foreign contractors or beneficiaries of funds who rely on privies to claim their monies. You are therefore advised to be wary of anybody that promises to help you get your money. You do not need any special assistance to claim the money you have worked for, especially now that the Federal Government has restated her resolve to adhere strictly to the mode of payment stipulated in the anti-corruption bill.

No incredible and unofficial methods of payment in this case. The system of settling bills in Nigeria is the same as in your country and anywhere in the world.
We oblige you to suspend any legal action you have considered taking against the government of Nigeria because of this delay. Answering the following questions will help this Committee to facilitate your payment:

Why have you not been paid?
Were you given difficult conditions, if yes, what are they?
Do you owe any administrative charges, company, person, or group of persons in Nigeria/London wherever, any were in the world in view of this payment such that you may desire the government to pay on your behalf and make deductions from your money?.

Henceforth, get clarification from this Committee before contacting any other office or person in this matter. Note that local representatives may not be honored this time to avoid further complications or defrauding of the government through ghost contractors/beneficiary (419). You have the responsibility to follow up your payment as the Committee here has more than enough cases to handle.

While thanking you for your endurance till now, we promise to fulfil our path as early as we get your respond to this letter and also take the right steps.

Thanks,

Yours truly.

Mr.Pascal Uyere.
