"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Mr.VICTIMNAME.VICTIMNAME,

How are you doing today,I hope you are doing okay with your family in london.

I have been worried as i did not hear from you again on how we can achieve this great goal.

Hope you received a copy of my identity and my late boss identity as well?

I am very sorry about your experience with Barrister Eze as you mentioned in your letter to me and i can assure you that everything will work out fine and i need you to be honest with me too.

Please i need you to send me your full contact details so that i can send them across to the bank where the said fund is presently deposited.

It would be my pleasure to inform you that i am really relying on you on this whole transaction as i am just an ordinary Orphan with no one to help so i beg of you not to dissapoint me as soon as the funds gets to your account.

Best Regards,
Julien Kodila
