"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear VICTIMNAME,
Thanks for your mail,i must say that i am elated and i look forward to a successful business relationship with you.Nevertheless,i wish allay your fears as to the issue raised about your association with the so called Eze.
I am liberian and we are known to keep our part of the bargain in everything we do,the important thing to me now is how you can receive and get the funds to UK,though i am somewhat worried about your sincerity in keeping to our agreement as regards handing over my 80% to me after the funds has reached UK.I need your assurance on this and i will also want us to sign a partnership agreement that would govern this transaction between us.
After the agreement has been signed,i will release and transfer the funds to a storage vault where i will deposit it in your name for easy collection after your arrival in Dakar.
This transaction entails that you come down to Dakar,Senegal so that we can meet for discussions and on satisfaction,we can both go for the funds release from the vault followed by arrangements for its transport back to the UK depending on the mode of transport that we wish to adopt for it.You do not require a visa to enter senegal as a tourist.
We would need to discuss more on this transaction as i want the the transaction completed as soon as possible,i urge you to call me on my direct telephone number;+221-498-4446.
Regards,
Douglas C.Weah
