Dear VICTIM-FULLNAME,
I apologise for the delay in communicating with you. This is due to the fact that i had to make neccessary enquiries as to what procedures you will need to fufill in other to enable you receive the funds as my family representative. Though,I have been reliably informed that some people send fraudulent letters to unsuspecting individuals overseas making bogus claims. Please be informed that this is not such letters as my claims are true, authentic and verifiable. I have been so worried to find some one who I could trust with this transaction until faith directed me to you, and I decided to carry on with you. Thank God I found you and I am ready to carry on with your directives in investing on real Estate properties as you may advise because that has been my dream business.
I have been duly informed by the management of the finance house in FRANCE that due to logistic problems, there will be slight delay in processing and releasing the funds deposited with the Bank to you. I do not know how long this delay will be. I will therefore suggest, rather than wasting time you should see the possibility of processing and receiving the amout (USD$100 Million) deposited with a Finance House in MADRID SPAIN. But I have also concluded an arrangement with the finance house to transfer the money to you in your country if need be.
It is after you cleared this money from the Deposit & Trustee Company as the family representative/partner that you will deposit the money in your bank account because I intend to invest in Real Estate which you will assist in supervising pending when a member of the family join you in your country. But if you have any idea in other business you can advise.
Kindly send your full name, address as you may want it to appear in the documents, private telephone number and send to me a valid identification card. Once this is done I will write an introduction mail to the Security Company handling the consignment informing the Security Company that you are the family representative/partner. I will forward to you the details of the security company to enable you make direct contact with them.
