As a matter of fact the fund is in the custody of bank of Africa here in Dakar Senegal under escrow account for security reasons, the account as been seal and placed domain to avoid any public knowledge about the presence of the fund there with the bank. This fund was deposited with my name by the ex-president of DAKAR CAPITAL OF SENEGAL . His interest is to move the fund out of this country to your country for investment partnership to avoid the confiscation of the fund.
In the above effects, he directed me to arrangement for the movement of the fund to your country for investment partnership, and to avoid any suspicious about the fund i decided to contact you as a foreigner who can stand as the fund manager, the recipients and the new beneficiary of the said deposited fund so that the bank here will approved the fund in your name and make the transfer to your bank account as the new beneficiary.
The only what is needed to confer your name legally as the fund manager and the new appointed beneficiary of the fund is a letter of authorization and court affidavit which will be issued by the court of law here and notarized with your name as stated by the Senegalese commercial law and banking policy base on what the director of foreign payment of bank of Africa told me.
Sequel to the above, there will be need to hire an attorney to process the whole transaction for us officially so that all things could be Legally done to free your name from any breach of law of the land, the transaction will be executed under legitimate process that will provide avenues for the hitch-free transaction and will also call for fast approval of the fund in your favour and smooth remittance to your bank account as the new appointed beneficiary.
I will draft an application letter which you will fill with your personal information and submits it to the bank as the formal application requesting the release and the transferring of the fund to your bank account as the new beneficiary then the bank will direct you on the procedure to follow in order for the fund to be approved and transferred to your bank account immediately, the management of the bank has ensured me that the fund will be confirmed sitting in your bank account within three business days you cooperated with them and follow their directives.
