ATTN: THE PRESIDENT/CEO

Sir,

I am writing to intimate you of a business proposal, which I believe will be of immense benefit to both of us. My name is Capt. Paul Bongo, I am a captain in the Sudanese people’s liberation army (SPLA) which have been fighting war for more than 20 years against the dominant Arab and Islamic Culture of the country’s northern leaders, until the conclusion of a provisional peace treaty in may 2004 under our late leader John Garang in Khartoum. I am the head of two other officers charged with the responsibility of purchasing Arms and Ammunitions for the use of the SPLA forces from the Arms manufacturing firm here in South Africa. The fund we were using was realized from the sale of our natural mineral resources which our Southern region is blessed with.

Although, we were given the sum of Forty Million United States Dollars (US$40,000.000.00), we have so far been able to make purchase of Twenty Million United States Dollars (US$20,000.000.00 which as been duly shipped back to the Rebel strong hold in Southern Sudan.

But because of the clandestine nature of the operation, myself and other officers decided to save the balance of Twenty Million United States Dollars (US$20,000.000.0) remaining and use it to organize our future. Moreover, since our leader John Garang was killed in a plane crash and there is a peace talk and negotiation going on among the Government and the various Rebel groups we felt that there is no need for us to go back to Sudan. Based on this, we deposited the said sum in a sealed consignment with a security and financial company here in Johannesburg, South Africa as valuables. Up till this time of writing, the security company is not aware of the true content of the consignment.

We now desire to move this fund overseas for private investment anywhere outside Africa. We consulted a financial expert who advised us to enlist the help of foreign partners who will come down to South Africa and open a non-resident investment account where this money will be lodged into for onward transfer to any account in the world. We have applied and hope to be granted political asylum here in South Africa.

However, we have decided to give any trusted person who will assist us achieve our aim of moving this fund overseas Twenty percent (20%) of the total sum, 10% have been mapped out for expenses while 70% is reserved for me and my colleagues. Note also that we have made adequate arrangements for smooth and safe transfer of this fund overseas.

Do not hesitate to contact me at any time on my private and mobile number above for more clarification or questions with regards to this transaction.
It is very important to let you know that this transaction is 100% risk free but demands high level of privacy and confidentiality for security reasons. We hope this transaction when started will be concluded within four (4) working days. If you are interested, please contact me on the above numbers and bear in mind that this transaction is time sensitive therefore a quick response will be appreciated.

Thank you and God bless

Best Regard

CAPT PAUL BONGO (RETIRED)
