We write to inform you about your contract with the Nigerian Government some years back.Inview of this,we are informed by the Nigerian Government that until date you are yet to receieve your approved contractual sum,this is due to the fact that some top Governermant functionaires ,hijacked and parade themselves in different postions and names to defraud,swindle foriegn Contractors of their hard earn money.
Foreign Contractors who are advised by the Government to defray some charges/bills,inline with the Government policies on contract (valuation and payments)before their contract sum could be paid,paid such money/monies to wrong hands thereby making it difficult for government to release thier contract sums.
Contrary to this,the Federal Governement of Nigeria through our Security and Finance company based has tendered an unserved apology to all the affected contractors and admits such incessant and inhuman treatment melted to contractors to herself with a promise that such will Never happen again.
More importantly the Nigerian Governemnt has approved and appoint us (Premier Finance and Securities )to verify and make payments from its Oil reserve Account with us to contractors in our list,for which you are one of them.
To this end,you are advised as follows.:
(a) To desist from further contacts with person(s) who parades themselves in different positions and names.
(b) That all claims henceforth should be directed to this office either through email or telephone discussions to avoid interception of information.
(c)You are to submit the following,for verification and your payments,
(1)Your full names
(2)Pages 1-3 of your international passport,which will be attcted to your files as evidence of your personality.(sanned and attached to our email)
(3)Your current telephone/fax numbers
(4)Your bank account number where you wnat to receive your contract sums.
All listed items are to be submited to us fresh ,in order to help us verify and make payment from information already with us.Further more we wish to inform you that the Government of Nigeria has mandated us to verify and disburse funds to all contractors whose data are Ok by us within 21 working days in which we will inturn furnish her with our reports based on Contractors that has been paid and Governemnt account balance with us
Therefore,this exercise is based on first come first serve.
Finally you are to reach us as soon as possible for your claims as we will not be held liable for any delay resulting from non compliance of this information
We anticipate your cooperation to expediate actions for your payment.
