I am a consultant and was consulted by the retired old General,who was the formal chairman contract and tender board of the fedration of Nigeria during the time of the military erra headed by the late military dictatorship General Abdulsalam Abubakar.
As a matter of fact,This old retired General was in his total control the
sum of USD$20.000.000.00 Dollars which was an excess amount realised from contract executed for the construction of oil refineries before the banishment of the military regime.For this reason,this USD$20.000.000.00 Dollars was quickly deposited in a finance and security company in Accra Ghana of cotonou for security purposes and safe keeping by the old retired General,since he has no authority what so ever to operate a foreign account as been constituted in the Federal Government constitution against any Government officials for you know we are a third world country.
