"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is in regards to our telephone conversaction today. I am Barrister Kutuna Mogo the lawyer to the family of the late King Ubaga from Liberia, my client is the fourth wife to king Felix Ubaga. My client husband Late King Felix Ubaga died some months ago. And before his death, he wanted to establish a diamond company in Ghana, the fund which he is supposed to use in this establishment is $44m USD (Fourty four million dollars) which my cleint's son is now the legal owner of the total amount, because before his death, he willed these fund to his only son Prince Julius Ubaga.

Though he deposited this fund in some trunk boxes with a security company in Accra-Ghana, but did not disclose the contents of what he have inside the two deposited boxes to the security company officer for safety reasons. He deposited these boxes as family precious items in the security company. In regards to this transaction the members left in this family is Prince Julius Ubaga, his kid sister and their mother. They have come to an agreement on the map of the sharing, They have all mapped out 30% of the total fund as a donation to the welfare of those in needs. That 30% will be divided in two place, 15% will be donated to Liberian for the redeveploment of their country and 15% will be donated to the welfare of those who lost their families, friends, loveones and properties in the August 23, 2005 hurricane disasters. The remaining 70% will be 25% for you and 5% will be for me and the balance 40% will be for the rest of the family for their welfare and investment.

SWIFT TRANSFER: I spoke to some banks director, and some of them assured me that all the documents that I presented to them was ok and the funds can be transferred bank-to-bank directly to your account by swift without any further delay.
