"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

their corresponding office in London for safe keeping, my dear i want you to
know that you will not have to travel to anywhere all we will need to do is
for the security company to recognize you as the beneficiary of the funds so
that the funds can be transferred to you directly.
 
I want you to know that my main aim is to do something the lord will
appriciate before i leave this earth. Please assure me that you are ready to
open a Motherless babies home in my name ( Mrs Ruth Bill ) 
Please do reconfirm your details which i will need to know you better, after
that i will then give you the details of the security company so that you
will contact them for them to recognize you, my dear child i want you to
know that this will not take us more that 10 working days if we act
accodingly.
