"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Pastor Robert Ised,

How are you doing today and thanks for your mail.I am very happy to find someone like you thats willing to help me carry out my last wish so i decided to reply you with immediate effect.

It is important we move straight to the point without delay. The funds in question was deposited some seven years ago in a security and finance company located in the UK for safe keeping. As at the point of deposit, the security company were not aware of the contents of the consignments as I tagged it family consignments valuables. This I did for security reasons. So its only you and I that knows that its money thats inside the consignments. For us to move on with this transaction,I would need your full names and contact details so I can forward it to the security company letting them know that you are my next of kin and sole beneficiary to the deposited consignments. After I have done this I shall let you have their contact information so that you can start up further correspondence with them on this matter.

Furthermore, It is important I let you understand that this transaction is 100% genuine and risk free as I have all neccessary documents required to safely secure the deposited consignments which I would send to you when required.I would like to know more about your goodself like your occupation, age and marital status.

Finally please get back to me as soon as possible with the required information so we can proceed positively on this matter.

Regards

Jose Martinez.
