"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Chasity Carter,
Thank you for your reply and moreso for accepting to comply with me such that we can achieve succesful completion of the deal in quickest possible time.
I promise you that you will find in me a trustworthy and friendly partner worthy of being associated.I am a mature family man of 48 years old with twenty years experience as an attorney so i should know what i want in life. What i m proposing to you is real and can be succesfully claimed without any problem if you follow my instruction and advise.

Actualy it is my little cousin whom i call an internet "addict"because of his addiction to the net that actualy located your name and contact address for me.In my search for the relations of my late client or someone trustworthy who could be presented for the claim,i instructed him to seek out someone on the net for me and he came up with your name and mail address to which i sent my first mail to you.
In order for you to understand the reality of what i'm proposing to you and the urgency required for us to initiate the claim, it is important that i brief you of the present relationship between myself and the withholding bank Union Togolaise Banque Lome-Togo(UTB),where the deposit of Mr.F. K is domiciled and i'm OFFERING you the possibility for your direct and independent confirmation of the status of the funds from the bank. Also bear in mind that if you desire a direct confirmation,i'm ready, willing and able to provide you with the full contact details of the bank as well as the contact person and deposit account number of the dormant account which you will quote for the bank for confirmation. They will honorably welcome your enquiry in so far as you introduce yourself to the bank as relation and the next of kin of their late customer Mr.F. K Not that this is compulsory but i'm personaly offering you this possibility because i desire full cooperation and mutual trust
and assistance for the claim between us and i realise that we need to be fully open and honest with each other for us to trust each other.
For the inheritance claim to be succesful, i'm prepared and ready to put in your support my status and recognition with the bank behind you (as the personal attorney to the late account holder) .During my preliminary meeting with the bank with respect to administering the estate (deposit) of late Mr.F. K the bank admitted in principle that in consonance with the prevailing regulations governing the administration of estates as applicable to the present circumstances in which my late client died without leaving any testamentary document (commonly called a 'WILL') with the probate registry of his last city of abode Lome-Togo nor with any known nor declared probate in his country of origin, myself being his last personal attorney will take full control of the administration of the estate.Based on this admission and premise,i was mandated to look for the relations of Mr.F. K.and inform them of the existence of the deposit accordingly.

Sincerely speaking from my heart,i have wasted a lot of resources and time but unsuccesful on many attempts on trying to locate any of Ferdinand's relations and i'm not interested on furthering on that wasteful venture.

I know that the bank can not pay the funds to me but surely if i present you to the bank as being the relation (neice) and next of kin of Mr.F. K duly supported with all the facts and information about the deposit and my late client which i have at my disposal, you will surely be considered and approved and the estate (deposit) transfered to you.I'm sure of what i'm saying. Putting into consideration the fact that it's me(the last personal attorney of the late deposit holder also well known to the bank in this capacity) that will present you for the claim, you will only need to follow my instructions and advise till the payment is made to you .We are 100% sure of a succesful claim.

To initiate the claim procedure will require my submission of an application for claim and inheritance on the account to the bank on your behalf and i will follow it up till the funds is transfered to you as desired. You need not be afraid of anything because i am an experienced attorney on inheritance claims and the inheritance will be legaly and legitimately claimed and transfered to you because i'm in full control of the situation here and there cannot be any problem both now and in the near and far future .

Also bear in mind that i will ensure that proper certification from origin evidencing that the funds to be transfered to you as inheriance are proceeds of a legal and official inheritance process, are issued by the competent governmental authorities here to accompany the payment to your nominated destination. You will not have any problem whatso ever on your side.I hereby propose that the proceeds be splitted on an equal sharing basis of fifty to fifty percent between us but please ensure that mine is given to me when all is well and done.I do not have any alternative than to put my trust in someone,it's the only way i could get it done.Upon the receipt of your reply i will direct you on the next thing to do.

Thanks and waitng for your reply.Call me on this number for oral discussion +228 9887562

Best Regards,

Barr.Raymond Walla Esq.
