"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

How are you today? I hope all is well;
I have not being able to contactyou since as I was working out the legal frame works and the documentations in conjunction with my team of lawyers as to the final approval and release of the funds in your name.

To this end, the federal executive council after its thusday (today)
weekly meeting approved the release 167-contract payment files with
our contract file inclusive.

On this note I want to congratulate us and to urge you to be mindful
of the stipulated arrangements as regard disbursement of this funds
based on the agreed percentages as you will like to know that I am not all alone in this project, my colleagues and some top political godfathers who have made things happened, I am most committed and loyal to this institution.

The central bank of London has being mandated to facilitate the
transfer of the funds to various destinations of concerned contractors
through diplomatic courier delivery system for efficiency.

The bank will contact you as soon as possible as the
announcement has just being made, for further directive on how
to receive this funds as approved. The transfer approval, the
secretary to the federal government of England in his press
