"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

ALSO HOPE THAT ALL IS WELL WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM
YOU IN SOME DAYS NOW ESPECIALLY AFTER I HAVE SENT YOU ALL THE NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO SEND TO THE SECURITY COMPANY FOR YOU TO CLAIM THE
BOXES CONTAINING THE MONEY FOR YOU TO HELP ME DISPATCH TO CHARITY
ORGANIZATIONS AND THE LESS PREVILEDGED PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.I WANT TO
KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED MY LAST EMAIL WITH AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT OF THE
LETTER OF AUTHOURISATION WHICH IS THE LAST DOCUMENT THAT YOU NEED TO CLAIM
THE BOXES FROM THE SECURITY COMPANY.

JUST IN CASE YOU DID NOT GET MY LAST EMAIL WITH THE LETTER OF
AUTHOURISATION, FIND ATTACHED BELOW THE LETTER OF AUTHOURISATION AGAIN. SEND
ALL THE 3 DOCUMENTS WITH YOU NOW TOGETHER WITH A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR
INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT/DRIVERS LICENSE AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT TO THE
SECURITY COMPANY. I SHALL BE WAITING FOR YOUR VERY IMPORTANT REPLY TO THIS
EMAIL.
