Dear friend,

With close inquiry made about you,I believe you can handle
this matter" I humbly seek your assistance in a matter that needs supreme
trust and confidence. I am Dr Taproot Bashire, And I am the Chief Auditor
with "AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK" in the Republic of Burkina Faso.

There is an account in my bank that has not been updated since last (3
three years) and it has the sum of US$ 20. 500,000. 00 only. (TWEENTY
MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND, US DOLLARS), deposited in a Private
Dommiciary account by one customer "whom was comfirmed death according to my
findings" made about the deaceased,and nobody knows about this money in his
account' since after his death, "now this money has no beneficiary and
strong investigations has been made after this last "quater audition", to
get one or any of his relative and his business partners whom will stand to
claim off this fund left in his account. The proof shows that the account
belongs to a foreign company' belonging to late Dr JAMES ABBA, who died a
couple of years ago and nobody either from the family knows about this
money, Hence the banking laws stands on for,The Family relatives,Business
partners, wife or children can stand for the claims "legally" for the said
fund.
Right now, The banking rules and regulations stated that if such
fund remains with the bank's care, should be forward to the bank / federal
government account. Which we don't want it this way and a Burkinabe can not
stand as the next of kin to a foriegner, that is why i respectedly call you
to come and let put heads togather for a better achievement with me on this
aspect.
I am willing to give you 35% of the total sum as your own share if the money
is been transferred over to your nominated bank account in your country as
the business partner to the deceased customer. and 60% for me , while 5%
shall be for be mapped out for refunds of any expences made during this
transfers as soon as fund gets into the account in your country.;

( eg:communications, transportations, physical expenses etc' made in this
transaction during the time of transfer and will be repaid immediately funds
are transferred into your account).

I have taken all necessary precautions to make sure that the transaction
is 100% risk free and it is expected that this transaction will be completed
within ( fourteen )14 bank working days as proper followup will be given to
the bank board and it will be Legally attend to, processed and released to
your nominated bank account anywhere in the world.

I required you to send me your current address, phone numbers and fax for an
easy and well secured communication, I am in position of the deceased
person's informations file. Please you must keep this transaction secret at
all times until you have received the fund in your account.
