Secondly I will prepare a (power of attorney) and a beneficiary certificate as the assigned beneficiary of Mr Marcel bodgand with this the whole company and the public will be assured that this procedure is in tact and legitimate, the set deposited metal box was actually deposited in my present dated 22nd 2 2000 by Marcel bodgand and as such I have the full confident that the so money ($8,000,000) was in it when the actual consignment was deposited the insurance policy of the consignment worth’s $100,000 so as such I fill the that will be not curse for any damages .
Finally to fully embark on this transaction on behalf of my chamber I hereby ask for a part payment of 2000 pounds to proceed on the journey and getting the set consignment to your designated address ,my Tell will be opened to received call from you if there is any set question to make.. We have been authorised by Marcel Bodgand to discuss matters pertaining to a metal box in secure storage the details of which are known to you. Be immediately advised that advance payment of fees is certainly out of the question. We pay for a finished job only and at a rate that has been pre-negotiated for the job. I hope that is very clear to you.
We are catholics and operate totally within the confines of the law we do not lie, cheat or steal. We answer to God if we do!. You are a business bound by the laws of your own country and the ethics of your profession. We are also bound by the laws of the State of Alabama and The United States of America.
Now if you still wish to proceed working through us for Marcel Bodgand then you may do so. You must understand however that you are now working for us and not Marcel, he is too ill to be bothered with these details.
We require that you set out what your firm requires from us and what it is going to do step by step from here on in to the final completion of the task and the transfer of Marcel's metal box to us. You will give estimated costs for each step of the process. You will deal with ALL other parties in the finalisation of this task up to and including delivery of the metal box and/or the contents therof to our church in Alabama USA.
If you need to engage contractors of any kind then you must included their costs in your estimates, you will be responsible for paying them and recovering their costs through us . We will not entertain them in any way shape or form, you are running the whole of this project on our behalf.
You will then submit to us these estimates and if we approve them and are happy with the cost estimates we will agree to retain your services.
Should you require any interim payments for work completed then you must include this in your cost submission else the whole job will be paid for on final delivery. At the most we will pay up to 60% of the job's total cost before delivery with the balance payable thereon. Total cost will not exceed 5% of the total fund value. All payments will be made by Moneyxfer only, it is the only reliable method we use for international money transfers. Payment by cash or Western Union or Moneygram will not be entertained!
Sir we have our own legal experts who will thoroughly scrutinize your estimates and job details before we agree to anything. Do not proceed until you have our agreement to your cost estimates and job plans.
If you are happy with these conditions then please signify your agreement by return. Once you have done that then we expect your completed estimates for the job within 3 working days. Similarly if you are unhappy then please advise us accordingly and we will engage another company to do this task for us.
