"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn: Pastor Robert Ised,

I acknowledge the receipt of your mail and all you said therein.

I wish to let you know that your conditions for me to take care of all expenditures is not acceptable because my agreement with Mrs karen Walter is that i will assist and direct you how you should go about the claim, then after you receive the package which is $10 Millioan, you send me some money for my services and effort.

I assured her that i will handle all the processing of the legal claim documents in the ministries which has to be in your name and address as the rightful claimer of the package, while you take care of then security company handling/storage fees which you will confirm from the security company on your contact with them as soon as all the claim documents are ready for the claim. If you wish, i can confirm the amount for the handling/storage fess from the security company and let you know.

Listen, we have to follow this project step by step to avoid mistake. i wouldn't like anything that will bring delay after i arrange all the claim documents in your church favour. Rightnow, i am making a good arrangement to see if the security company can bring the package to you in states so that it will be easy for you to receive the package and also less traveling expenses for you.

I will list all my expenditures as i will keep all records, while you keep your own record as we proceed. Please note that the funds is been deposited in a security company and not in any bank, so you are not receiving the funds by Draft or Cheque as you have mentioned. You will receive by visiting the security company or by delivery to you as i am making the arrangement for direct delivery to your church.

I am a lawyer and i know what it takes to handle such project without any problem, and i am assuring you and your church my sincerity of purpose, i mean 100% perfect job from my side. as soon as you confirm your readiness to visit the security comapny in person to take the claim or for them to deliver the package to you, i will conclude with them and let you know their procedures on the option you choose.

This prject will not cost upto 1% as you have mentioned. As soon as you confirm this mail and your readiness to receive their diplomat i will confirm from the security company there charges and let you know. I will need the following which i will use to secure the claim documents in your favour.

1) Your full name or Church name to be use on the claim documents

2) Complete address

Confirm as urgent.

Best Regards
Barrister Woods.

Attention Mr Mark Wood

Dear Sir,

Please quote this reference clearly in all correspondence with us : waltk/216

We have been authorised by Karen Walter to discuss matters pertaining to $23M USD on deposit in a Security Company in Spain. Be immediately advised that advance payment of fees is certainly out of the question. We pay for a finished job only and at a rate that has been pre-negotiated for the job. I hope that is very clear to you.

We are catholics and operate totally within the confines of the law we do not lie, cheat or steal. We answer to God if we do!. You are a business bound by the laws of your own country and the ethics of your profession. We are also bound by the laws of the State of Alabama and The United States of America.

Now if you still wish to proceed working through us for Karen Walter then you may do so. You must understand however that you are now working for us and not Mrs. Walter, she is too ill to be bothered with these details.

We require that you set out what your firm requires from us and what it is going to do step by step from here on in to the final completion of the task and the transfer of Mrs. Walter's $23,000,000 USD to us. You will give estimated costs for each step of the process. You will deal with ALL other parties in the finalisation of this task up to and including delivery of the money by certified bankers draft or courier to our church in Alabama USA.

If you need to engage contractors of any kind then you must included their costs in your estimates, you will be responsible for paying them and recovering their costs through us. We will not entertain them in any way shape or form, you are running the whole of this project on our behalf. Please do take care in your submission as regards payments to sub contractors (e.g. the Spanish Security Company), some of the more 'cautious' companies insist on payment before delivery, be very careful about this they may try to swindle you.

You will then submit to us these estimates and if we approve them and are happy with the cost estimates we will agree to retain your services.

Should you require any interim payments for work completed or fees you have to pay then you must include this in your cost submission else the whole job will be paid for on final delivery. At the most we will pay up to 60% of the job's total cost before delivery with the balance payable thereon. We will not pay more than 1% (in this case more than $230,000 for the final delivery of the money to us). All payments will be made by Moneyxfer only, it is the only reliable method we use for international money transfers. Payment by cash or Western Union or Moneygram will not be entertained!

Sir we have our own legal experts who will thoroughly scrutinize your estimates and job details before we agree to anything. Do not proceed until you have our agreement to your cost estimates and job plans.

If you are happy with these conditions then please signify your agreement by return. Once you have done that then we expect your completed estimates for the job within 3 working days. Similarly if you are unhappy then please advise us accordingly and we will engage another company to do this task for us.

All business should be conducted by email. I am a very busy person with a large congregation to minister. I cannot be at your beck and call on the telephone at all hours of the day and night. But if you must call me my number is +1 (253) 397-1273

I am certain we will enjoy working together to the completion of this great work of charity,

yours

Pastor Robert Ised
