Good day to you and thank you. I hope my mail finds you well. I appreciate your interest on my proposal for a mutual investment co-operation with you.
In respect to my proposal to you, it is my interest to invest with you in the form of a joint partnership venture . I have in my name the sum of US$3M (Three million US dollars) along with some quantity of diamond deposited under the custody of a holding
company in my name by my late father, here in dakar-senegal. Being the only child in the family,he appointed me as his next of kin and heir to this deposit.
I wish this fund to be invested in a production industry or in any other good area of business which you can direct me which will be beneficial to both of us as partners bearing in your mind on the prospects of the investment climate in your country which to my understanding, you know more than I do.
As you may wish to know, I am writing you from Dakar, Republic of Senegal where I am staying with my aged mother as a result of my late father's death and the presently crisis in my country, Congo, DRC. My late father, Major Aliu Hasan Ma was killed by the rebel forces of late Laurent Kabila when they invaded our residence, bunia, south-east republic of congo. Before his untimely death, he made this deposit for us under the custody of the holding company should a time like this come up in view of the security situation in our country.
I will like to inform you that what I need from you is for you to assist us receive this deposit on our behalf for further joint investment with you in the form of a joint partnership business which could assist me in starting a new life with my mother having lost all my late father's bank accounts to the crisis in my country. If possible, you will also help to bring me and my mother for our coming over to your country for our stay after the conclusion of this transaction.
It is our desire to re-locate this deposit to your care so that it could be used for an investment purpose which will help in sustaining my life and that of my mother. It is based on this that I wrote you my proposal to ask for a possible investment co-operation with you. Actually, it took me a great courage before i was able to make up my mind to write you this proposal because i consider this medium as not being the most suitable especially as we have not met before but considering my condition of stay here with my mother, this means became the only avaliable option and I will be happy if you will be to assist us.
