"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Is a Good thing to write you. I have a proposal for you-this however is not mandatory nor will I in any manner compel you to honour against your will..I am Prince Felix Patrick. 22 years old and the only son of my late parents,Chief.Pouku Patrick. My father was a highly reputable Gold miner in Ivory coast during his days.It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad year 17th.May 2005.Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by an uncle of his who travelled with him at that time. But God knows the truth!
My mother died when I was just 3 years old,and since then my father took me so special. Before his death on May 17th 2005 he called the secretary who accompanied him to the hospital and told him that he has the sum of Eight million,Five hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$8.5,000.000) left in one of the leading Bank here in Abidjan Ivory coast West Africa.

He further told him that he deposited the money in my name,and finally issued a written instruction to tell me where to get all the necessary but legal documents to this fund and the bank . I am just 22 years old and a university undergraduate and really don't know what to do.Now I want an account overseas where I can transfer this funds . This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast.The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life.

Dear, I am honourably seeking your assistance in the following ways:
Can you honestly help me ? Can I completely trust you?

(1) To provide a bank account into which this money would be transferred to .
(2) To serve as a guardian of this fund since I am only 22years.
(3) To make arrangement for me to come over to your country to further my education and to secure a resident permit in your country
(4) I have map out 15% for your assistance and 5% for any expenses that you have occur during the process of transfer is it okay by you? After the transfer;and use it for investment purpose such as real estate management or hotel management .
Please,Consider this and get back to me as soon as possible. Please include your telephone number.Please try to get back to me through my private mail box or call me for more details so that i will give you the contact of the bank where the money was deposited,again .
