Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Actually, the UNITED NATION and the Benin Government are trying their best in seeing for the general care of all the Refugees here at the camp. What I need from you is only nothing but 300euro only to board a ship back to my country so that i can go and start searching for my relations. As I am writing you now, some of friend's at this camp who are lucky have left this country since early this year after receiving an assistance from unknown good people through the internet. I also believed that I shall succeed searching for your help from you.Please, help the
humilated and less privelleged.I have no parents, no brother and sister, even now there is celebrations all over Liberia since the satanic man Charles Taylor have been arrested by the United Nations Police .I want to go back to my country.
