"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dearest Pastor Robert Ised,

Calvary greetings and may the peace and love of God lmighty continue to be with you and your family.

My lawyer was at the hospital this morning and he was very furious that till now he has not heard a word from you and he has tried calling you on the numbers you furnished us but is kept on hold for several minutes without end.

He told me that he was in contact the courier company in Madrid Spain that is suposed to deliver the consignment to your country and they informed him that till now that they have not yet recieved payment to enable them dispatch the consignment to you.

He told me that they company adviced that you send the fund to them by western union money transfar or by moneygrame as this is the most acceptable means of payment to them due to the classified nature of this transaction their security is is to be taken as top priority.

To that end I would love you to forward the payment to them by western union or moneygramme so they can be able to deliver the consignment to you as soon as possible.

I also want you to realize that due to my health condition time is no longer on my side and millions of lives are wasted already due to our delays so I would love a situation that you will hasten up with all that is required of you fron the courier company so we can conclude this transaction to the glory of God.

Remain blessed.

Yours in Christ Jesus,
Mrs.Mercy Annan

Dear Mrs Annan

I sent them $4,980 dollars but they seem totally incapable of picking up the money because we use a system that is a little unfamiliar to them. They could not be bothered. so now they will have to wait.

I had hoped I would be dealing with intelligent resourceful men not these lazy people. I need to rely on them but it seems they need their hands holding all the way.

I have not yet had a reply from Mr Owusu though I have had one from the security companyy. I referred them straight back to Mr Owusu as I do want him to handle the entire transaction for me. It is the fastest and safest way in our opinion as well as yours to do things this way.

Our church members prayed for your safe passage through your trials, all will be well

Bless you my dear Mercy

I have handed all the relevant informations and documents as relates to this very fund to Mr. Joseph Osei Owusu who has been our family attorney for many years and also a Knight in the Catholic Church. I can allways vouch for his intergrity as an honest and God fearing man So I would advice that he alone should handle all my affairs in this project to liase with the company in Spain to expediate action on the IMMEDIATE realease of the funds to you on behalf of the mother Church.

Please do get back to me as soon as possible so we can proceed as according to my doctors time is no longer on my side before I return to the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ in death so they adviced me through my family attorney to wrap up my affairs and draw my WILL and last TESTAMENT at the shortest possible time.

Till I hear from you I pray that God should continue to protect and bless you and your congregation.

Remain blessed.

Yours in Christ Jesus,
Mrs.Mercy Annan
