Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

On behalf of the African/European Financial Governing Authority World Bank
Group, I wish to express my sincere appreciation For the opportunity given
to me through this bank to handle the international money transaction,
Contract Payment, Lottery winning, Fund Inheritance originating from all
part of Africa, European Countries, Asia and United States of America due to
delay.

To whom it may concern.

I, Mr. Donald Kaberuka, President, African Development Bank, West-African
Chapter, Lagos-Nigeria. This is to bring to your notice that my office has
taken over all The money transactions originating from any Part of Africa
