"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Since we got informations about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come up for claims of the said deposit to no avail.Further investigations uncovered that the supposed relations were among the twenty assasinated and from the deposit file jacket our deceased customer left no WILL and did not indacate a named next of kin.In accordance with our banking guide lines on inheritance matters, funds cannot be released to anyone unless a claimant applies as the bonfide next of kin.It is based on this fact, that I am soliciting your assistance to stand in as the heir and receive this fund in your account as I do not wish the fund to be retained in the bank's treasury as an unclaimed.
The request for a foreigner to stand in as the beneficiary to the deceased estate is occassioned by the fact that our late customer was a foreigner and I as a Togoleise can not stand in as a next-of-kin.Moreso,we are not permited by our banking act as a staff and the government restrictions to operate a foreign account,so this makes it impossible for me to single handle this operation successfully. We have agree that 30 % of this fund will go to you for your assistance,10% will be set aside for the reimbursement of the expenses incured in the course of clailm and transfer of the fund to your account and 60 % would be for me and my colleague who is in the deal with me.
I will not fail to inform you that this is a straight forward and a 100% risk free transaction because all machineries for a successfull operation have been put to place. You should not entertain any atom of fear because all proceedings will be handled legally to protect your interest and any breach of law. Upon the conclusion of this transfer,I will come over to meet with you in your country for disbursement accordingly.
Your immediate and favourable reponse will be highly appreciated so that we shall commence action to initiate the first step towards the realisation of this goal.

Best regards and remain bless.

Yours faithfully,

Mr.Abel Tassah.
