"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention: Pastor Ised Robert
Sir,

I write to acknowledge the receipt of your mail and its content noted.

I must give credit to my Associates Partners and the two Practicing Lawyers in my Chambers for coming up with this bright idea and you also for accepting it so that we can forge ahead with this case without further delays that we have witnessed so far due to misunderstanding that had ensued between both parties.

With all due respect, I hope that you do fully understand that when I secure the legal documents as from Monday next week, I will send their scanned copies and their receipts to you via scanned attachment so that you can see it and send us the money spent on them so that we can continue from there until the money is remitted into the Church Bank account as you have specified.

I will really be able to handle my small taxi fares, drinks and food while I am in London. It is very vital for me to send my flight and train tickets booking confirmations and the hotel accommodation receipt to you before my travel so that you can know exactly when I will be leaving for London via Amsterdam. I am really glad that we have put our tiny differences behind us and agreed to move forward for a common goal.

Thanking you for your kind understanding and anticipated cooperation.

Yours in service,

Christopher Alima (SAN)
