"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Good Friend.

With all the glories to God almighty who made it possible ,I am very happy to inform you about my success in getting the transaction concluded and the funds transferred under the help / co-operation of a new partner from Kuwait.
Presently I'm in Kuwait doing investment in Oil sector with my own share of the sum.Meanwhile I didn't forget all your past efforts and attempts to assist me in transferring those funds successfully despite the fact that it failed us some how along the way.
Now that God has helped me to perfect and conclude the transaction successfully out of my goodwill I will like you to contact my secretary his name is Mr.Joseph Alao ; his email address (joseph_alao55@yahoo.fr) or (joe_alao@o2.pl) and ask him to send you a total sum of one million USD(US$1,000 000.00) which I kept for you as your compensation for all your past efforts and attempts to assist me in concluding the transaction.
I really appreciated all your efforts at that time very much, so feel free to get in touch with Mr.Joseph Alao and ask him to release to you the money in a Certified Bank Draft valued at US$1,000,000.00 which I kept for you.
Please do let me know immediately you receive it so that we can share the joy after all the sufferies at that time. For now I am very busy in Kuwait because of the Oil investment projects which me and my new partners are having at hand.
