richtown) in south south Nigeria. My community produces 78.8% of the
total crude oil production in Nigeria yet we are beign marginalised
however due to my late husband educational background and his rising
political image including his position as the chairman of eleme community
development union.
0.5% of the Dollar value of each barrell is paid to my husband as
royalty by the Federal Government because of his status My husband was also
the Chairman of Eleme Special Oil Trust Fund(CESOTF.)In his position as
the Chairman of the Oil TrustFund,he made some money which he left for
me and my two little kids as the heir apparent.
The money is Eighteen Million, Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars
(US$18.5). This Money originated from the accumulated royalties between
1976-1998.Due to poor banking system in Nigeria andpolitical instability
as aresultof long stay of Military in government. He deposited this
Money in a StrongRoom/"VAULTS"with an open beneficiary in a security
company pending when he would finish arrangement to transfer it abroad .
