"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Partnership Investment

Dear Sir,
I am a consultant in my sub - region with wide experience in international
relationship and investment matters. Just recently, I was consulted and
mandated by a female top government official from one of the countries in
my region to confidently solicit and source
for her an experienced industrialist or
businessman that could help her move out some huge amount($ms-Cash-fund)to
any foreign account
abroad.

She is willing to invest 50% of this fund in the who to be business or firm
and the rest in any other viable projects in his or her care,
based on your recommendation or experience from the net hence I am
contacting you. Your main responsibility is to ensure the total evacuation
of the fund from where it is secured at the
moment. Should you however be in a position to secure these fund and to
handle the investment desired of my client, please notify me so that I may
give you the details and also arrange for an early meeting where we shall
discussed among others, investment areas, evacuation of the fund and above
all the percentage benefits. If you are interested to jointly work this out
with her please let me know immediately to link you with her. Please forward
to me your alternative email address to scan and attach the documents
relating to this project

Regards
John Phills
