"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Before officially disclosing the discovery, they were able to sneak out $20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million US Dollars) for their own use.This money is being kept safe in a secured location. Basically since they are working for the government they cannot keep these funds,hence he requested me to look for someone to help us keep this funds this is why I have contacted you, so you can keep it for us in your safe account or an offshore account pending when they resign from the army and come back from Iraq to use the funds for investments. We have resolved that you will benefit 30% of the funds to render this assistance of keeping the funds. I personally cannot keep the funds as I have nothing to show as proof for the source of the funds.
